The USA stamps will be cancelled with a special pictorial OFFICIAL Inauguration Day cancel at Washington, DC on Jan. 20, 2001. This terrific souvenir item will be suitable for framing. The cover was custom-crafted by Jack Ginsburg. It has an ungummed back flap, so it will be a long-lasting collectible. Fewer than 50 to be made like this. The envelope is unaddressed and in excellent condition. The red border is just to better display the item on eBay; it is not part of the envelope. Makes a GREAT gift.
